Getting started
Step 1: Read through the protocols document and reach out to a member of the leadership team if you have any questions.
Step 2: Familiarize yourself with the data & sample collection timeline
Step 3: Download or print out all data collection forms.
Field sampling protocols

Data collection forms
Standardized forms to ensure consistency across all participating farms:
- Form 1 – Background
- Form 2 – Planting
- Form 3 – Crop Protection Applications*
- Form 4 – Fertilizer Applications*
- Form 5 – Reporting Growth Stages
- Form 6 – Early Season Stand Assessment
- Form 7 – Ear Count Assessment
- Form 8 – Harvest verification form
*Please download/print out a new copy of Forms 3 & 4 for each application.
